The Living Library

The Santa Rosa Junior College Day Under the Oaks event will host a unique opportunity from 11am to 1pm on May 5th called the “Living Library.”

This event invites experts in their professional fields to share a day in the life and act as a “living book.” Approximately twenty professionals from a variety of disciplines will talk about what they do in their daily work lives, what education they needed, and any tips they have for those aspiring to obtain those careers.

Living books will include a judge, SRJC cadet, firefighter, small business owner, nurse, paramedic, radiologic technologist, dental hygienist, ASL interpreter, librarian, marriage and family therapist, physicist, automotive mechanic, web designer and many more professionals.

Living books will be available for “check-out” in 15 minute one-on-one interview formats. Reserve your session today!
